So, Dewey’s 24H Read-a-Thon has finally arrived. This is gonna be my reading list for this fab event:
Yes, I know, reading overkill, considering I only managed to read 4 books max in each of the read-a-thons I did so far. BUT!! I have high hopes for this one. Real high hopes.
There’s some masterful tactics in this plan; I’ve read part of the Demons like it hot, so I’ll just have to finish it up. I dunno if that’s against the rules, if it is I just won’t put it up in my final count, but I am going to finish it before starting on the next. Heart of Glass is gonna be lovely, I’m sure, Alexis reviewed it and had a high opinion of the book, so I think I’ll have a blast reading it. And, for further stimulation in being successful, I planted Silence after it. I’ve been itching to read it since forever, and I have it finally. And then, a shorty to make me feel good that my read-count goes up. If I manage to read Running wide Open as well, I’ll call this a spectacular success. I am almost sure I won’t get to Lover Avenged, but it’s up there to tickle my reading gland, so to speak… I’m SO behind on my reading right now, I could SO use a miracle. Like time freezing (it is cold enough where I am that I actually have a good chance for that, lol) and me being able to read them ALL. Impossible, I know, buuuuuuuuuut let’s think pink right?
Ok, so I’m gonna get some food in now, eye drops (reading on my PC is hell on them, poor babies…), rev up my yum-engine and be prepared to get into it like a “starved” reader.
Wish me luck??…
