Pallas Doesn’t Hold Back
Hello, I’m Annie Nicholas and I’ve brought along with me Pallas, a vampire character from my new release Prima.
Do you even have a last name?
Not that I remember. Why would I need one?
I think for tax purposes it would be wise.
Taxes? Who would think to charge me taxes?
The Government. Vampires are legal citizens now, so you get to pay like everyone else. Why don’t you introduce yourself to our audience.
I am Pallas.
You have to forgive him. He’s been hibernating for the last three hundred years. Pallas is from the Nosferatu clan. The same clan Daedalus is from. Why did you go to sleep?
Our wars had ceased. Somehow my people discovered peace. I was bred to be warrior. What else was I to do?
Then why wake up? Did the wars start again?
No. My stupid clan brother lost his mind and abandoned his post as Prime in North America to follow a human of all things. The Vampire Council woke me to…talk some sense into him.
What makes a Nosferatu vampire different than a regular vampire?
Our clan is the oldest. We appear less human than others. We’re stronger in all regards than the other vampires.
How do you find the modern world?
Noisy. Fast. I do like television though. And Daedalus’ car.
How would you describe Daedalus and Sugar?
Daedalus has always been a pain in my ass since the day they dragged him into our training camp a thousand years ago. He doesn’t deserve someone like Sugar.
Sugar is naïve but with time she may become someone worth pursuing.
Do have any plans for the future? Nothing of my doing. Apparently, I am expected to train some worthless shifters how to fight so Sugar can have an elite guard.
