Lily LeBlanc isn’t versed in the art of casual sex, but after seven years in an on-again, off-again relationship, she’s definitely willing to give it a shot. And who better to try it with than her best friend’s boyfriend’s best friend? What could possibly go wrong? Nothing at all.
NHL player, Randy Ballistic, lives up to his last name on the ice and in the bedroom. His best friend and teammate has recently given up the puck bunnies and traded them in for a real girlfriend. And she just happens to have a seriously feisty, extra-hot best friend on the rebound. Randy’s more than happy to be Lily’s spring board back into the dating scene.
Casual sex is only casual until those pesky things called emotions get involved. Once that happens, someone’s bound to gets pucked over.

    Fluttering Thoughts:

Worldbuilding: This story takes place in Chicago and Guelph, Canada.
Characters: and seems just the guy to show her what she’s been missing for the past seven years. As they dive into a casual sexual relationship, they realize that there is more than meets the eye with one another. As they spend more time together and lines become crossed, feelings start to develop in a way that neither has experienced before. But old habits die hard and running at the first sign of commitment is what they do best. Can they realize that being together is better than being apart? Or will old fears rise up and keep them from the greatest happiness that either has ever known?
Plot: This is mainly about the romance between Lily and Randy, although there is a slight setup to some secondary characters’ relationships.
Writing: This novel is written in first person points of view of Lily and Randy. It is also the third standalone novel in the Pucked series but it is recommended to read all the novels in order.
Curb Appeal: I actually really like the cover and the title because it totally represents Randy and relates to the story really well. The blurb gives the reader the background on the characters and the gist of what will happen in the story.
Ultimately: This was another great installment in the Pucked series! I’m seriously excited to read about Violet’s wedding and what Lance’s story will be about! All in all, if you are in the mood for some seriously hot loving as well as a hero and heroine who are totally right for one another then come check out Pucked Over!!!!
