I don’t need a woman in my business—especially not one with a smart mouth and a curvy body. Molly Gale has been nothing but trouble ever since she showed up at the ranch next door. And now, right before a huge snowstorm hits on Christmas Eve, I have to go to her homestead. Have to see her, have to get another whiff of her strawberry scent. It’s enough to drive a man mad. But I’ll keep things professional, keep my hands to myself, and do what needs to be done. It’s the perfect plan …
Until my horse throws me and I need help from none other than the woman with the fiery tongue and the deliciously thick hips.
Yippee ki yay and Merry Christmas to me.
Worldbuilding: This story takes place on Molly’s Ranch west of the Rockies.
Characters: The main characters in this novella are Ingram Brady and Molly Gale. Ingram can’t stand that Molly is back and running her daddy’s farm. Ever since she’s gotten back she has made it her mission to get on Ingram’s last nerve! Unfortunately, when Molly’s cattle start going missing Ingram can’t help but lend a hand, even if its only to clear his name. What starts out as a simple task ends up, snowballing into so much more. Can Ingram and Molly work against the huge storm, that is coming to knock on their door, to rescue her missing animals? Or will they not only lose her farm but their lives too?
Plot: This is mainly a romance between Molly and Ingram with a little thriller drama thrown in!
Writing: This novella is written in first person points of view of Molly and Ingram. It is a standalone novella.
Curb Appeal: This cover is super-hot and exactly what I would want to unwrap for Christmas! The blurb is short and sweet and leaves a few surprises for the reader!
Ultimately: This was just want I needed to ring in the holidays! I’ve been wanting to ready a ranching story for a while and this novella totally hit the spot! All in all, if you are in the mood for a heroine who wants to do right by her father and a hero who wants help his girl, then check out A Cowboy for Christmas!!!!
I couldn't have said that better myself! Reading is huge passion of mine. And I'm glad that books not only expand my world view but that they bring the wonderful people who created them into my life. You can always find me with a book and an eclectic mix of music on. I am a HEA junkie extraordinaire! I am a Beta reader, who loves helping authors bring their characters to life. As well as an avid romance reader (every and anything ;D) turned aspiring author.
