I live in an apartment building in the city so I'd have to go to a park or something to do outdoors reading, and parks are sort of few (though big and beautiful, I admit) and crawling with shouting kids, loud people in general and just, ugggh, crowds, swarms of people moving about or selling stuff. Can you pick up on my levels of enthusiasm? Read more [...]

It was back in March 2011, and I had another address for then this. Still Butterfly-o-Meter Books, because the name I stuck with ever since it came to me. But it was this hotpot of my writing tribulations, random rants, and the occasional book review. I didn't blog regularly in the beginning, it was more of a now Read more [...]

Rant, rave or gush…just pretend like they are real and you just want to let them know a “few things”. – Activity courtesy of author, Kelly Walker Dear Hercule Poirot,I've been unfaithful. I've occasionally cheated on you with Sherlock Holmes, often entertained relentless obsessions with Dr. Gregory House and occasionally fell for Chief Inspector Barnaby. I see a pattern here, as your delightfully sharp mind has already noticed.I'd like to Read more [...]

Oh my freaking gods! I can't believe how long it's been since I did some #FF galore! I'm deeply ashamed of myself. I've missed you guys! But enough about that, let us proceed to...Q:  What is the last book that kept you up late into the night just to finish it? It actually happened last night 😀 And the culprit was The Reece Malcolm List by Amy Spalding - I have to write the review of it after I'm done writing this up.
