Happy 2015! & Return Lovelies: Cafinated Reads

Categories: banner, blog buttons, completed designs, custom header, header, icons, stickers, wordpress theme

Hey guys! May you have a fab 2015!
Cafinated Reads

Today we’re talking about the fab Molly, an awesomesauce lady who blogs at Cafinated Reads (used to be Reviews by Molly). As you guys know, I have a hardcore passion for coffee, and I was thrilled to work on this brown/teal cozy cafe project 😀
Here’s what came out:

cafinated reads - ex reviews by molly

Molly got a custom header, a set of icons to go with it, a new blog button, and two really cool post stickers for memes she likes to participate in, all to match the new header. I had a blast working with her, and I loved the results, but most importantly she did xD

Must be mentioned (and applauded!) that Molly chose to use the fab Tweak Me theme by Creative Whim, a theme I wholeheartedly recommend to any WordPress user.
We consulted a bit on how she can fiddle with the colors to make the rest of the theme match the things she commissioned from yours truly. Head on over to Cafinated Reads to see the results in their full, live glory, hehe 😀

This was not our first rodeo, but damn was it a fun one! xD

Masquerade Book Tours

Hey guys!
Today we’re talking about a real fun project I worked on for Diantha’s Masquerade Book Tours. Obviously, there’s a masquerade motive going on, and I’ve had a great time working on it. Diantha wanted the awesome Johanes Djogan‘s SkyBlue theme customized, and I for one feel it works awesome for her needs.

Take a looksie at what came out…

Diantha got a Basic Blogger, coupled with a customized drop-down menu, custom header, a bunch of text stickers, a few extra buttons, a Twitter old layout header, and a sticker, so lots of goodies, lol. Love the outcome? I hope you do 😀

The Book's Buzz

Hey guys!
Sooo, today we’re gonna talk about a really fun, upbeat project I’ve been working on for Alex @ The Book’s Buzz. She had this bee-centered idea of a foresty look, bright, fun, and bubbly (like her personality xDDD). This is what came out:

the book's buzz

Fun, right? xDDD I had a blast working on this project, and so did Alex, she even talks about it here 😀

Alex got the Basic Blogger with a custom header, rating system, post sticker, and a slider. It was super fun to work on that mascot bee you can see in the header, and I got a kick out of working on this sort of nature-centered theme 😀 I’ve been blessed to work on some very diverse themes lately, and I cannot tell you how thrilled I am about it. Diversity is the spice of life 😀

Please Feed the Bookworm Remix-ish

Please Feed the Bookworm

You guys remember Britt @ Please Feed the Bookworm, right?
Her fabulous self wanted us to go back to a more bookworm look for her header, as a result we reworked the original caterpillar into a proper worm, lol, munching out of a book to boot 😀 She also got a blog button to go with the new custom header and a post signature 😀

please feed the bookworm 2

You guys should go check them all live in all their glory, har~har!

Talk to ya’ll soon!

Blogger Theme: Diantha Jones

Diantha Jones

Hey guys!
After working on DJ’s book blog, I was honored to work on her author home as well, Diantha Jones.
I had a lot of fun working on this theme, because for one thing Diantha’s favorite colors are also my favorite colors 😀 And, I got to experiment with a “home page” ie static page look and a “blog” view navigation for her place. Came out pretty cool:

Diantha got the Basic Blogger, post signature, drop-down menu, and the 3d covers stickers, and I’m loving the results, don’t you?
Head over there and check it all out in its live glory 😀
